Job Description: 

We are seeking a US-based sales professional to introduce Irish Taylor's services, build strong relationships, and close deals in the software development, digital marketing, and cybersecurity sectors. You will collaborate with a global support team across India, the Philippines, and South Africa to ensure success. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales Strategy and Management: 

  • Leverage your existing network to introduce Irish Taylor’s offerings and generate new leads.  

  • Identify and engage potential clients for custom software development, digital marketing, and cybersecurity services (Rothcrest).  

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.  

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos, with the support of the back-office team.  

  • Work closely with our global team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client projects.  

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. 

  • Track sales metrics and regularly report on progress to the management team. 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for legal and technology services. 

  • Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives 

  • Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline. 

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes. 
     

Requirements: 
 

  • Large network of contacts in the USA who would need Irish Taylor's services. Check our services on our website https://www.irishtaylor.com 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software development, and digital marketing, and cybersecurity services. 

  • Established network of potential clients across the USA within relevant sectors. 

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales. 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred) and sales processes. 

  • Ability to collaborate with a global team and navigate different time zones.
